End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of Mekhea ERP and its integration with QuickBooks Online, provided at https://mekhea.com.

License

Subject to this Agreement, Mekhea ERP grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use Mekhea ERP for your own business accounting purposes.

Your QuickBooks connection

By connecting a QuickBooks Online company, you authorize Mekhea ERP to read and write accounting data in that company via Intuit's API, as described in our Privacy Policy. You may revoke this authorization at any time.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Mekhea ERP to violate any law, to misuse the QuickBooks connection outside its intended accounting-sync purpose, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the service.

Disclaimer of warranty

Mekhea ERP is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mekhea ERP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or its QuickBooks integration.

Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time; termination automatically revokes any active QuickBooks connection.
