Community Standards

1. Why we have these standards
The មេឃា social page is a place for customers to share, ask and help each other. These Community Standards say what is and is not allowed, so everyone feels safe. They apply to everything you post, comment, message or upload, and are part of our Terms of Service.
2. Be authentic
Use your real name and your own photos. Do not pretend to be another person, a business or មេឃា staff, and do not run more than one account.
3. Be respectful
No bullying, harassment, threats, or attacks on people for their race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, gender, age, disability, illness or appearance. Disagree politely.
4. Keep it safe
No violence or calls for violence, no content that encourages self-harm, no weapons, drugs or other illegal goods, and nothing that puts children at risk. Nudity and sexual content are not allowed.
5. Respect privacy
Do not share anyone's phone number, address, ID documents, private messages or photos without their permission. Do not post pictures of other people where they would reasonably expect privacy.
6. Be honest
No false or misleading information about products, health, prices or មេឃា; no fake reviews; no scams, chain messages or schemes. Members of the network must not promise income or make health claims that are not approved.
7. No spam
Do not post the same thing again and again, advertise other businesses, or send messages people did not ask for. Sharing your own referral link with people who want it is fine.
8. Respect intellectual property
Post only content you created or have the right to share. Do not copy other people's photos, videos, music or brand names.
9. What happens if the rules are broken
We may remove content, limit what an account can do, or suspend or close it. Serious or repeated breaches lead to permanent removal, and illegal content may be reported to the authorities.
10. Reporting
If you see something that breaks these standards, report it from the post or tell us at មេឃា · Khan Russey Keo, ទួលសង្កែទី២. We review reports and keep the reporter's identity private.
